- old equipment has been replaced with new equipment, no floor plan changes

- hot water tank is repaired (new one was installed on the weekend, but is faulty - plumber on-site and replacing the hot water tank
- all construction equipment is removed from the kitchen
- the above must be completed before food preparation begins on January 3, 2019
