Routine inspection conducted.
Note: Inspection conducted during lunch rush; preparation table lids were open
Note: Meat slicer now located in facility. Slicer is sanitized utilized ~1 hr ever 72 hours (3 days). Disassembled, cleaned and sanitized after use.
Please provide a revised sanitation plan that includes cleaning instructions for this equipment.

Temperatures:
2 door pepsi display cooler: 5.1°C
Preparation cooler: 3.0 - 6.1°C
Hot holding unit: 70.8°C
Walk-in freezer: -18.4°C
Walk-in cooler: 1.1°C

Sanitation:
Handwash station equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, paper towels, and garbage receptacle.
Sanitizer (QUATS) measuring 200ppm available by end of inspection
3 compartment sink availalbe for manual warewashing. Drain plugs available

Storage:
All food items were stored at least 6" off the floor.
All products were either in original packaging or covered inside coolers.
Storage area was well-organized.
Chemicals and cleaners were stored separate from food preparation areas.

General:
No pest activity observed at time of inspection
