Handwashing stations are equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.
All coolers found at 4c or below.
Stand up Freezer found at -22c.
Hot holding at 66c. Rice cooker found at 77c.
Ice dispenser is in sanitary condition.
Bleach water sanitizer found at 100ppm concentration in kitchen and front serving area.
Dishwasher found at 50ppm concentration for sanitizing cycle.
Operator has food safe certification.
Employees observed to have good personal hygiene.
No pest issues noted during time of inspection.
