Walk in freezer temperature measured at -9 C. *Note, freezer must be at -18 C or below. Adjust temperature if necessary. Self-serve beverage cooler temperature measured at 4 C or below. Hot holding units temperature measured 60 C or above. 3 compartment sink available for manual dishwashing but not set up at the time of inspection. Staff were able to explain the steps. Quats surface sanitizer in bucket registered at 200 ppm. Wiping cloth stored inside the solution. Hand sink equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel. General sanitation is satisfactory, no pest activity noted during inspection Temperature logs maintained and available for review. Fraser Health permit posted in conspicuous location.
