*Under-counter cooler at end of front service area closest to washrooms has now been fixed. Internal temperature at 2-3 C. Perishable items can now safely be stored in this unit. *Note: operators did not contact the health unit to arrange a reinspection of the cooler, as requested in the last report. Potentially hazardous food items were stored in the cooler at time of follow-up. Ensure requirements listed in inspection reports are followed in future.
