A follow-up inspection was completed:
- Low temp dishwasher had [Cl2] of 50ppm during the rinse cycle. Dishwasher is fixed and can be used to wash and sanitize the dishes. Staff no longer need to manually sanitize.
- Staff cleaning the kitchen walls and ceiling, progress is being made:

ACTION:
1) Install door seals or guard on the lower doors to exclude pests.
2) Call a professional pest company to treat and block all opening in walls and around pipes.
3) Complete cleaning of the whole premises from top to bottom.
4) Replace the latch on the walk-in-cooler door.

**A follow-up inspection will occur on Mar. 28/23 to ensure all action items have been corrected.**
