Observation: A large quantity of boxes and packaged products were observed to be stored on the floor in the back storage room.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all products are organized and stored off the floor to allow for proper cleaning and to monitor for signs of pest activity. Date to be corrected by: November 20, 2019.

Observation: No staff on site currently on site hold FOODSAFE Level 1 (or equivalent).
Corrective Action(s): It was stated that new manager on site is being scheduled to take FOODSAFE. Ensure that in the operator's absence, at least one staff member on site at all times holds FOODSAFE Level 1 or its equivalent. Date to be corrected by: November 19, 2019.

Routine inspection conducted. No changes to operations: pre-packaged items and shakes only.
Note: Shake machine is closed for maintenance and part replacement at time of inspection. No product in machine.

Upright cooler at 4 degrees C
Upright freezer at -13 degrees C
Three compartment sink available for manual ware washing. Hot and cold running water available.
Chlorine-based sanitizing agent available on site. Staff prepared sanitizer according to manufacturer's directions at time of inspection. Sanitizer was tested at 100 to 200 ppm chlorine.
Hand washing station is unobstructed and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
No signs of pest activity observed at time of inspection
Note: Thermometers available on site. Ensure appropriate thermometers are placed within coolers.
