Follow up inspection. Infractions corrected: Front station hand washing station with liquid soap and paper towels in use. Note: Have a secondary dedicated hand washing station at bar station in case the pump for the main one gives out during cold season. New parts for hand sinks arriving this week. Ceiling has been repaired. New cutting boards purchased damaged ones discarded. Back storage room has been cleaned out and surfaces have been washed and disinfected with bleach. Pest control monitoring service is taking place every 2 to 3 weeks. Ensure to keep monitoring back storage room for activity and prevent pest entry. Fumehood cleaning scheduled for servicing this Thursday. Operator showed booking invoice from technician. Other general premise repairs such as the broken door and floor tiles will take place in the coming weeks. Follow up inspection next week for new hand sink parts, repairs and fumehood cleaning.
