Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Foods are not being stored directly inside the inserts in the well of the prep cooler. They're in tupperware containers which are placed in the inserts.
Corrective Action(s): Remove the foods from the tupperware containers and store foods directly inside the refrigerated inserts as discussed.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): There was no prepared sanitizer on-site. A 200ppm bleach solution was prepared during the inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Every morning, ensure that a 200ppm bleach/water solution has been prepared for use during the day as discussed.

-hand sink's fully equipped
-exhaust hood has been serviced
-Dishwasher rinse temperature is 77 degC at plate level
-Rice was being hot held at 82 degC
-There are no ceiling tiles in the T-bars in the kitchen or back storage room. As per the inspection report of Sept. 9, 2013, the City of New West had ordered it be removed. To be followed up.
