Walk in cooler is 4 degrees Celsius or colder. Walk in freezer is -23 degrees Celsius. All fridges are maintaining foods at 4 degrees Celsius or colder. Wings, chicken strips and pizza are being time temperature monitored. Liquid soap and single use towels available at handsinks. Quat sanitizer had a 200 PPM residual in the sink. Thoroughly clean pallets in cooler and floors around cooking equipment.
