Observation: Mice dropping observed on dishes at the first compartment of dish cabinet.
Corrective Action(s):
Remove all dishes, cutlery and other cooking items from the cabinet. Clean and sanitize inside the cabinet and dividers. Ensure to use proper and effective sanitizer to remove all traces of mice activity. Do not use items stored in this cabinet until they are properly washed and sanitized.
Re-wash and then sanitize all items stored in the cabinet including dishes, cutlery and cooking items etc. Store items in clean and sanitary condition preferably in closed containers if possible.

Observation: Mice droppins noted on the floor behind equipment and underneath 2-comp sink.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize affected areas by mice activity.
Ensure no food left on floor or behind equipment. Ensure no pooling water on floor. Thoroughly clean the kitchen after use and before inactive the kitchen for the off time.
Place traps if necessary to control mice. Monitor for pest activity and contact pest management company if mice activity increases.

Observation: Mechanical dishwasher was removed to be repaired and operator is waiting for parts.
Corrective Action(s): Replace or repair the existing mechanical dishwasher so that dishes and other cooking items can be washed and sanitized effectively and properly. Meanwhile, Utilize 2- comp sink method for wash and sanitize dishes, pans and pots, cutley and other related cooking item.
