Observation: Multiple machines such as creamer/milk, hot chocolate and slush machines have mildew and mould collected by dispenser.
Corrective Action(s): Do a deep clean to remove all mildew and mould of these machines.

304 - Premises not free of pests [s. 26(a)]
Observation: Mice droppings found mainly in the back area (under stove, icing station, under dry storage shelf across from icing station and in office area. One dead mouse found behind the office door. Fruit flies throughout the premises, heavy activity noted in the back near back door and staff washroom. One white moth found by coffee machine.
Corrective Action(s): Sanitation must be improved, please refer to comment for 301 and 306.

Observation: Dirty mop water is left in the bucket. A box of used muffin box with icings on the box is left in the back to be picked up. Holes noted in several ceiling panels.
Corrective Action(s): Empty dirty mop water when finished. Bag all used food containers for recycling or waste. Seal all entry points.

306 - Food premises not maintained in a sanitary condition [s. 17(1)]
Observation: Food debris (e.g. donut, potato wedges) and spills (e.g. coffee, milk) noted on counters, cup storage, walls and floors in several locations of the premises. Spills on floor of walk-in cooler and walk-in freezer.
Corrective Action(s): Please conduct a DEEP CLEAN in front of the house especially where food and beverage is prepared as well as the back area, including office and under dry storage shelves. Remove all food debris and droppings. Remove standing water and moisture. Use 100ppm bleach on all surfaces.
