Hot holding units have been cleaned New sandwich cooler will be installed in approx. 1 week. Call me once installed. This will be used to store items for the taco bell line. Manager stated that the entire taco bell line equipment will be replaced in approx. 3 months. Damaged fluorescent lights being replaced at time of inspection.
