-Ensure that any items that are not required for food premises operation are removed to free up space.

All coolers were < 4 C.
All freezers were < -18 C.
Hand sinks supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
Dishwasher had 50 ppm chlorine.
Invoices available for fish.
Recommend having pest control come on site as a preventative measure.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
