Observation: No sanitizer was observed on site at the time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure that either Chlorinbe Bleach sanitizer @100 ppm ( 1 oz bleach per gallon of water) or quats sanitizer is available in the kitchen to sanitize all utensils and food contact surfaces after washing. Enure to soak the utensils in 100 ppm chlorine bleach sanitizer for one minute and allow them to air dry ( Immediately)

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): A spray bottle of a " chemical" was found to be labelled. It was discarded during the inspection
Corrective Action(s): Ensure that all spray bottles of cleaners and sanitzing chemicals are accurately labelled for contents and dilutions.
E.g 1:10 "XYZ" cleaner or 100 ppm chlorine bleach sanitizer. ( immediately)

Comments

* Provide weather stripping underneath the fire door in the chapel ( By January 15, 2020).
* Do not store any boxes of dry goods or disposable dishes etc on the floor in dry storage room.
* Ensure to monitor and record cooler temperatures every day the kitchen is used.

No signs of cockroaches seen at the time of inspection.
All freezers and coolers are now on wheels which allows easier cleaning of floor underneath.
Upright cooler < 4 C.
Upright freezer < -18 C.
Deep freezer < -18 C.
Liquid soap and paper towels available at the hand sink.
General sanitation is satisfactory.
