Hand sink supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels. Quats sanitizer was at 200 ppm. All coolers were < 4 C. Freezer was at -18 C. Hot held items were > 60 C. No evidence of pests at the time of inspection. FoodSafe certificates on site. General sanitation was satisfactory. Informed Dining inspection completed.
