Observation: Most cleaning has been done, still need to clean back rail of ventilation, and the floors all the way to the back wall under the cook line as some grease still noted.
Corrective Action(s): Continue working on cleaning of the floors and throughout premises on a daily basis.

Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)] (Staff are using 2 compartment dishwashing sink to wash hands as it is more convenient then using only hand sink. No paper towel is available. )

- Dishwasher had been repaired, and all dishes and equipment have been rewashed and sanitized.

- Crab tank has been cleaned to remove excessive algae.
