Routine Inspection:

- All hand wash stations had hot/cold water, liquid soap, and paper towel
- 3 compartment sink available for dishwashing; not in use during inspection. Discussed with operator on how to properly wash and sanitize while dish washing
- Facility does not make or sell pizzas, only cookies
- No evidence of pest activity during inspection
- General sanitation and cleanliness was satisfactory; general organization can be improved
