Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Pink grime noted inside ice machine along with a small piece of pink substance.
Corrective Action(s): Please thoroughly clean the ice machine. Manager started cleaning at time of inspection.

Corrective Action(s): Try to remove standing water and food debris are two major sources of fruit fly attraction.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Minor cleaning where condiment condensation drips underneath in the front, and floor to wall area under deep fryer.
Corrective Action(s): Please have these areas cleaned to deter fruit fly harbourage as organic debris attract them.

No apparent signs of rodent activity noted at time of inspection.

*Please e-mail me July and Aug pest control reports as well as a copy of your recertified Foodsafe certificate. All staffs recertified as per manager.
*Discussed complaint received in July regarding sign cleaning. Operator usually cleans the banner before opening to public or at closing hour. He ensures that if there are food underneath they are covered and protected from contamination. No other complaints received to date.
