> a new handsink has been added in the front serving area
- sanitizer measured 200ppm chlorine in bucket in back sink
- dishwasher reached 77C at final rinse cycle
- FOODSAFE requirements met
- ensure that manufacturer instructions are followed for storage (ex. "refrigerate after opening")
- operator has recently re-done all the floors
- no obvious signs of pests
