Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): A sanitizer solution was not prepared at the time of the inspection.
Corrective Action(s): A 100 ppm bleach solution was prepared ( 1 tsp per Liter).

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Glasses that were being run through the glasswasher were not being properly sanitized.
Corrective Action(s): Use the dishwasher in the back for all glasses until it has been fixed and a re-inspection has taken place.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No soap available at the bar hand washing sink.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Scoops were being stored directly in food in the walk in cooler.
Corrective Action(s): Do not store scoops directly in foods with the handle touching the food. This applies for ice as well.

304 - Premises not free of pests [s. 26(a)]
Observation: Mouse droppings observed one on of the lower shelves across from the dish pit, and in the server's area. Mouse droppings were found on take out cups, which were discarded during the inspection. A dead mouse was found in a trap in the back.
Corrective Action(s): Pest control was last on site on July 15th. Droppings cleaned during the inspection and the cups were discarded. Keep all foods, cups, utensils, candies etc., in sealed, pest proof containers. Purchase additional containers for this purpose.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Old, sprouting potatoes found on the floor underneath shelving in the food storage area. Mouse droppings found in several areas (refer to code 304 for details).
