Manager indicated use of heat lamp will be discontinued and the three fried food products displayed there will be cooked to order going forward.

Observation: Trace mouse droppings observed on floor in corner by back door entrance and lower shelf below front point of sale station.
Corrective Action(s): All areas described are to be thoroughly cleaned to remove all debris from surfaces.

Areas affected by pest activity must be sanitized with dilute bleach solution (100 ppm chlorine 1 tsp bleach / 1 liter water) after cleaning.
