*Follow-up inspection for issues listed in previous report.
*Under-counter cooler has been serviced. Temperature measured at 0 - 1 C during inspection. Food can now be safely stored in this unit.
*No utensils or plates were observed directly under hand soap or paper towel dispensers.
*General sanitation of door handles and frequent-contact surfaces appears to have improved.
*Very little food kept out at room temperature during inspection (ensure this is used within next hour, or kept under refrigeration).
*Note: fresh cardboard has been placed on shelves for dirty dishes. Ensure this is replaced with shelf liners of an easily-cleanable, non-porous material by the end of this weekend. Cardboard is not an acceptable shelf or counter liner material.
