Soap dispenser at handwash station in back not functioning. Batteries loose in housing. Operator fixed. **Monitor and adjust leads for better connection. Coolers less than 4 C. Freezers below -25 C. Hot Holding units above 60 C. Dishwashing, sani-buckets sanitizer concentration at or above 200 ppm. Temp. and cleaning logs well maintained. Generally pretty clean premises at time of inspection. Covid 19 safety plan in place * ensure staff check-in for symptoms is recorded and kept for 30 days.
