Observation: Food and dirt build up noticed in the dry storage room (undernealth all storage shelves) and underneath the sliding door cooler.
Corrective Action(s): Clean floor in dry storage area after removing all storage pallets. Ensure storage pallets are at least 6 inches off the floor.
Clean the compressor drain pan and floor underneath the sliding door cooler. Clean the under counter space in the sushi bar and area behind the deep freezer. (By September 9, 2017).
