Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Large container of coleslaw was left out and at 10 deg C. Discussed with operator to only bring out enough coleslaw to last for a meal service and discard the remaining if left out for greater than 2 hours.
Corrective Action(s): Coleslaw moved back into cooler.

Observation: 1) Pooled water on floor by upright freezer. This can lead to dirty floors as it is by a walkway where staff walk through frequently.
2) Floor underneath and behind fryers have grease and food debris littered over it
3) Floor/area behind the chest freezer in the back area has old food/debris behind it.
4) Fumehood has greasebuildup
