Comments

Dry goods / inventory not stored in receiving hallway. Ensure deliveries are organized and stored away promptly. Pest control service has attended premise since previous inspection and has deployed additional traps and poison bait. Back entrance kept closed. Ensure doorway is shut to effectively exclude pest entry. Required premise cleaning has been conducted. Areas impacted by pest activity have been sanitized. Ensure cleaning throughout premise is conducted on a daily basis to maintain current level of sanitation and discourage pest activity. Kitchen floor tiles have been re-grouted to allow for ease of cleaning by cooking line. Closure Order has been complied with and now rescinded, premise may resume operation when ready.
