Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Small number of ants (<20) observed in the back area by a donut oven.
Ant infestation in food prep areas may contaminate food items equipment, utensils and other food contact surfaces and cause foodborne illness.
Corrective Action(s): Remove ants and clean the area. Ensure that no food items are stored on the floor. Continue to monitor for pest activities.

Observation: Minor accumulation of dust and food debris (sugar sprinkles, a timbit, and sugar powder) observed underneath the donut oven, donut rack and a prep table across 3-compartment sink. Accumulation of dust and food debris may attract pests and provide them harborage

Following temperatures were measured:
Walk in freezer =-22C
Silver upright cooler =1C
Prep cooler =4C
Line cooler =3C
Hot holding unit for soups =66-78C
Hot holding unit for patties and has browns =72C
Milk and cream dispenser =3C
Thermometers present in all cold storage units
Temperature logs for cold holding, and hot holding units recorded daily
Handsink equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot and cold running water
All QUATS sanitizers in a rag bucket used for food contact
Surfaces and in a wall-mounted dispenser was measured to be 200ppm
QUATS sanitizers in buckets are changed every 2hrs as per the operator
Pest control service attended once every month
Food stored 6" off the floor, covered
Ice machine is clean
Milk and cream dispenser is disassembled and cleaned daily
Chemicals stored separately and away from food prep areas
Foodsafe Level 1 certified operator present on-site
