Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Left over rice is placed on ice for 10 mins then placed into cooler, to be reheated next day.
Corrective Action(s): Must ensure to cool rice quickly, use small portions ensuring to cool to 20 C in 2 hours then cool to 4 C in 4 hours.
Failure to do so will result in bacterial growth.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Found large mixer to have food caked onto the neck which is flaking off along with the paint.
Corrective Action(s): Must wash and sanitize unit to remove all food debris, ensure all of the paint is in good condition and is not flaking into food.

Observation: Found chickpeas under counter with out a cover on them.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure food is covered when not in use.

Observation: Gauges on dishwasher are broken, and hot water feeder is also broken. Temperature at plate was 73 C after a few rinses.
Corrective Action(s): Have hot water feeder repaired so hot water is added automatically and gauges repaired, or replaced so they show accurate temperatures

Observation: 1. Found mixer in the back storage area, food is mixed in the back.
2. Found new freezer to be installed and table moved opposite wall.
3. Found light cover over freezers to be missing, and multiple ceiling tiles and vents are out of place.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Move mixer into the food preparation area, near the hand sink
2. Submit a floor plan of new layout drawn to scale for our file. NOTE: any further changes MUST BE APPROVED by health department prior to making the change
3. Replace light cover and all ceiling panels that are not sitting right

- Spray bottles had 200 ppm chlorine
- Dishwasher had a final rinse of 73 C at plate
- No signs of pest activity noted during inspection
- General sanitation is satisfactory.
NOTE: purchase plugs for 3 compartment sinks so can manually ware wash.
