Plumbing leak at back kitchen sink has been repaired. Cooking line ventilation hood has been thoroughly cleaned to remove all oil build-up. Area behind cooking line has been cleaned to remove all oil and debris. New shelving units have been provided for the walk-in cooler and dry storage room. Food items organized and stored off the floor.
