Handwash stations (multiple throughout facility) equipped with liquid soap, paper towels, hot/cold running water
All coolers at 4 deg C or less (including walk in cooler, front display cooler, upright coolers in kitchen)
All freezers at -18 deg C or less
Quat sanitizer in spray bottle at 200 ppm (sanitizer at dispenser, also at 200 ppm QUATS)
3 compartment sink present with plugs; all utensils/dishes clean
High temperature dishwasher achieved 71.5 deg C after rinse cycle
General sanitation (floors, walls, surfaces) great
No signs of pests at time of inspection
