The following items /improvements have been done to the food preparation area: - all food preparation/cutting area is made of smooth and easy to clean surfaces -new walk in cooler installed with new easy to clean shelving and walls that are smooth/no absorbent. -prep cooler is moved and area is very well organized. Owners are still in the process of reorganizing the back storage area. Thank you for all hard work and attention that you did.
