Routine inspection: General: Laundry services done onsite separate from personal items. Treatment be linen sheets changed after each client. Flooring and lighting adequate. Washroom hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels. Electrolysis: All needs prepackaged presterilized and single use. Sharps container available for use. Laser Hair Removal using Nd:YAG laser: Laser warning sign posted in door to treatment room. No reflective surfaces or mirrors in treatment room. Laser hair removal machine equipped with an emergency on/off button, foot pedal activated and is key operated. Client goggles lined with single use cotton/gauze and is disinfected with PREempt CS20 solution after use. Client goggles OD7+ with protection range of 190-11000nm. Laser hand piece "aiming" portion that comes into contact with skin disinfected with isopropyl alcohol. Threading and Waxing: All threads, wax sticks and strips single use. Treatment bed linen sheet changed after each client. Facials: No changes in operation. No semi critical implements used.
