Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Spray bottle of vinegar is being used after the meat slicer is sanitized with bleach.
Corrective Action(s): Do not use vinegar after bleach as bleach sanitizer is required to have contact time with the meat slicer so that pathogens can be destroyed properly. 100ppm for food contact surfaces is not harmful.
