Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not maintained in sanitary condition [s. 17(1)] (Observed plates to have to mice droppings. Shelves where plates are kept have significant number of mice droppings.)

Follow-up inspection for JPAK-AWMVM3

Resolved violations:
1. All plates were cleaned and sanitized through the dishwasher
2. All shelves in the kitchen are cleaned and sanitized; discussed with operator appropriate procedures for cleaning and sanitizing
3. Hard to reach areas were cleaned and sanitized in the kitchen **storage area must also be cleaned and sanitized**
4. Created daily cleaning schedules (am/pm, where and by who) which must initiate immediately
5. Called pest management company to increase visits to once a week until conditions show improvement; reviewed past reports with operator to identify problems/issues

6. All exit doors AND storage doors must be closed at all times

Outstanding violations:
1. Storage area must be cleaned and sanitized immediately; remove all items and perform deep cleaning
2. Seal all holes/gaps in the wall and provide actions for open space in the storage area.

Premises NOT granted for re-open until all areas are cleaned and sanitized. Must consult with pest control technician and have a report ready.
