Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not maintained in sanitary condition [s. 17(1)] (1) Buckets where food products are stored (ie. cornstarch, marinades) are coated with build up of food residue on interior and exterior of containers.
2) Cooler door and handle have build up of food debris and blood from meats.)
Comments

Food in walk-in cooler was covered. Lids were in place on containers and no scoops were stored in products.
Bins where marinade is stored was replaced with a new one. Ensure bins are washed, rinsed and sanitized when new product is added.
Bleach sanitizer was present in spray bottle with 100ppm for sanitizing slicer and food contact surfaces
General sanitation of back kitchen area has improved since the previous inspections. Dry storage area has been organized.
