Observation: An insert of raw beef was stored on top shelf and a tray of cut vegetables were stored on the bottom shelf in walk-in cooler. Few buckts of food were stored on the floor of walk-in cooler
Corrective Action(s): Ensure to store raw meats on the bottom shelf and ready to eat/produce on the top. Food should be stored 6 inches off the ground.

Observation: Exhaust hood has grease build up. Operator informed that the filters are cleaned every 2 months.
