* Monitoring records for temperature were available but not for cleaning; update cleaning monitoring records
* Note: most food covered except a few items that were not and then were discarded; ensure ALL food covered in storage areas
* Cold-holding units were 4'C/40'F or colder
* Freezer units were -18'C or colder
* Hand washing stations had liquid soap and paper towels available; staff were seen washing hands before handling food
* Note: Some reorganization required through out kitchen and storage areas to reduce risk of cross contamination
* Follow up inspection: mid-December 2017
