Follow up inspection to MTRG-B6ZVSP. The following issues have been corrected before or by this inspection. - Rodent droppings removed in the following areas: by sink cabinet at handwashing station, in corners of facility, underneath pop syrups in new bar area - Metal slats on commercial canopy has been cleaned Foodsafe Level 1 certification still required for operator and staff Notes: - Most have been cleaned in linen closet but still need to remove boxes and clean between boxes - Foodsafe Level 1 certification still required for chef and operator
