Routine inspection: repackaging and distribution of dry good. Two connected warehouses are serviced twice a month by a pest control company. Pest activity noted in report. Ensure all potential entry points and sealed to prevent pest entry. Clean all spills quickly. Repackaging room (upstairs) provided with a sink. Hot and cold running water available. 3 compartment sink available downstairs for sanitizing scoops used for hand packing. Table for hand packing is cleaned then santiized with bleach. Reminder, general sanitizer solution formula: 1 oz of regular unscented bleach to 1 gallon of water. Packaging machine (bin, hopper, and chute) cleaned with compressed air, bleach sanitizer used for final step of cleaning.
