- Upright storage cooler, prep cooler and drinks cooler are less than 4C
- Freezers are functional.
- Dishwasher dispensed 50ppm chlorine solution during final rinse at the dish surface
- Two compartment sink available
- No evidence of pest activity at the time of inspection
- General sanitation satisfactory
