2. Food Preparation is NOT permitted in the corridor which is outside the approved food premises.

Inadequate storage space was identified during the last Routine Inspection and again identified today. The operator has not made changes to improve the situation:

Items cannot be stored directly on the ground.
Adequate space for employee belongings is required.
Adequate space to store cleaning supplies and chemicals is required.
Adequate space to safely store dry ingredients and ensure they are protected from contamination is required.

---> Operator should consider obtaining an auxiliary storage space in close proximity to the premises.
