A routine inspection was completed, the following observations were made: - Coolers 1C or colder; freezers -20C or colder; thermometers present; and temps recorded 3x a day. - General sanitation level is good. - No signs of pests. Orkin Pest Company contracted to monitor for pests. - All foods stored 6" off the floor on pallets or on racks. - Increase the frequency which the walk-in-freezer is cleaned of debris (broken wood pieces, and plastic wrap) on the floors. - Organize the "sample" food storage area, as it is messy and mistaken as food to be thrown away.
