*Follow-up to inspection conducted on May 9, 2019 (Report JPAK-BBZU27) - Continue to clean regularly throughout the kitchen. Pay attention to high contact areas and hard to reach areas. Specific areas that need attention include: Some cooler handles, spice shelf, ventilation hood filters, between cooking line equipment, bulk bins at dry storage area. - Ensure food spills are cleaned up as soon as possible. Do not leave them overnight as this will attract pests. - Most food containers are covered in the walk-in cooler. Ensure lids are provided to containers without them. Operator states zipper cover is arriving this Saturday. - Contractor for repainting will be coming on July 10, 2019
