Follow-up Inspection Conducted (Routine Inspection Report # JGUU-C7VQU) Observations: - Critical violation noted on routine inspection corrected. Ice machine observed in clean and sanitary manner. Operator turned the ice machine on during time of inspection once verified by the health inspector. - General sanitation satisfactory during time of inspection - Handwashing station in kitchen supplied with liquid soap, paper towel, hot and cold running water - Walk-in cooler measured at 4C - Bleach solution measured at 200 ppm chlorine concentration with test strips during time of inspection Reminder: ensure bleach solution is prepared fresh daily by mixing 1/2 -1 teaspoon of bleach with 1L of water and measured at 100-200 ppm chlorine concentration Inspection report will be emailed to the operator.
