Corrective Action(s): Please refrain from placing anything inside handwashing station as this is designated for handwashing only. Use a smaller strainer designed for drain only so it does not obstruct handwashing.

Observation: Fruit flies and drain fly noted around dishpit and back mop sink area.
Corrective Action(s): Please empty mop bucket after use and replace the broken floor tile in front of mop sink by next routine.
