=Small prep cooler (3C), large prep cooler (4C) front of house drink cooler (4C), and domestic cooler (3C) measured < 4 degrees C. mini cooler only holds tortillas
=domestic top freezer (-12C), front of house chest freezer (-10C), and back of house chest freezer (-12C)
=Soup hot holding (74C) measured > 60 degrees C
=High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse temperature of 78.4 C at the dish surface (minimum 71 C required for proper sanitizing)
=Sanitizer solution at >400ppm QUATS available in spray bottles. Operator must dilute solution further; always follow manufacturer's instructions.
=Staff hygiene satisfactory at the time of inspection; staff FOODSAFE certification verified. Discussed FOODSAFE expiry date.
Delivered outstanding permit fee letter. Permit fee of $150 is due within 10 working days. Failure to pay permit fee will result in enforcement actions such as closures and/or tickets
