Follow up inspection was conducted: -Front display cooler for cakes was re-serviced and it was at or below 4 degrees C (3.4 degrees C on the top left side and 2.9 degrees C on the lower right side). -The thermometer inside this cooler was replaced and a digital thermometer was also available. -Rodent droppings were removed from previously affected areas. Keep up with the pest control measures discussed. -Templates for the sanitation plan were discussed. *Food safety and sanitation plan are required to be submitted to the district Environmental Health Officer of Fraser Health for review and health approval by September 14, 2018.
