All coolers were < 4 C.
All freezers were < -18 C.
Hot held foods were > 60 C.
Hand washing sinks were supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
Time stamps were in use for condiments.
Temperature records were up to date. They are recorded electronically now.
The dishwasher had 100 ppm chlorine.
Quats sanitizer was at 200 ppm.
Peroxide sanitizer available for the front tables.
Test strips available for all types of sanitizers and were within the expiry dates.
No evidence of pests. Pest control records available.
FoodSafe equivalent certified staff on shift.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
