Health permit posted visibly Employee hygiene and hand washing: Hand sinks with hot/ cold running water, soap in dispensers and paper towels. Provisions and use of outer garments and hair restraint Observed employees washing hands Food Temperature Control: Hot holding temperature (internal) of potentially hazardous foods(PHF) at 60-70 deg C Cold-holding units temperature range from 1-4 deg C Temp or frozen PHF was at -25 deg C. All units have thermometers installed Protection From Contamination: Approved meat, eggs, milk, etc. Foods properly covered and stored off the floor.
